NATULIS´ project A SPACE has been chosen as one of the 20 best projects in Germany by FIABCI Prix d´Excellence Germany 2018 in the category “Housing”. On November 15, 2018 Natulis´ CEO James Guerin received the award at the ceremonial gala event at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin.

With A SPACE, creative living spaces and attractive commercial spaces have been created in a harmonious interplay of old and new.The authentic building fabric has been elaborately worked out and upgraded to a high standard of quality. The harmonious design connects the different parts of the building and at the same time preserves the independence of old and new buildings. The existing façade with the old brewery boiler house windows and the exposed clinker brick façade blends into the neighborhood and contributes to the lively activity in the quarter.
