Natulis planning john park residential project
The John Park residential district, with 89 units, is planned for a 3,500-square-meter plot at Scharnhorststrasse 30–32 in Berlin’s Mitte district, with construction to start in October of this year. The developer for the project, which will have a sales volume of €40 million, is the Natulis Group, based in Berlin.
